FAQ
Questions about the terms
Are there subscription or base fees?
No — neither for companies nor for recruiters. The platform's only fee is the 15% service fee on a successful placement.
When exactly is billing triggered?
After the hire is confirmed: the company receives an invoice for the posted budget, and the recruiter receives the payout minus the service fee.
Why the €500 minimum fee?
For very small budgets, the minimum fee of €500 per placement covers handling via the platform — vetting, billing and guarantee management.
Can the budget change afterwards?
No. The posted budget is binding for the mandate — that is exactly what makes costs predictable for both sides.
Transparent for both sides.
Get started — costs arise only on a successful hire.
