Terms of service

Section 1 Scope

These terms govern the use of the Jobriese platform by companies and recruiters. The platform is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). [Placeholder: complete clause]

Section 2 Subject of the contract

Jobriese operates an online marketplace where companies post jobs with a fixed placement budget and recruiters can apply for these mandates. Jobriese does not itself act as a recruitment agency. [Placeholder: complete clause]

Section 3 Registration and user account

Section 4 Mandates, budgets and approvals

Section 5 Remuneration and service fee

Section 6 Guarantee for early departures
