What does Jobriese cost for recruiters?
Nothing upfront. Registration and applying for mandates are free. On a successful placement, Jobriese retains a 15% service fee (at least €500) from the fee.
Who can register?
Freelance recruiters, agencies, staffing consultancies and headhunters. Every organisation is vetted by Jobriese before activation.
How many recruiters compete per job?
The company approves at most 5 recruiters in parallel. You can see how many slots are already taken before you apply.
When do I get paid?
After the hire is confirmed, Jobriese invoices the company for the budget. Your payout follows once payment is received — minus the service fee, with no dunning on your side.
What applies if the candidate leaves early?
Within the 90-day guarantee, the company is credited on a tiered scale (100% up to day 30, 66% up to day 60, 33% up to day 90); the corresponding share is offset against your fee.
